Kwanda Art Foundation aims to build photography community , in Rwanda by Establishing, Educating, Improving the knowledge and promote the Art Industry and Community in national and international context. We are currently seeking volunteers who would work with us to further the aims of the organisation, those who are passionate about what we do and would like to become part of this experience.We do not pay salaries so far to our volunteers, but will pay incidental cost accrued while performing duties. We are likely to retain competent volunteers as administrators of the Organisation. Kwanda Art Foundation (KAF), in collaboration with GIZ – Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Goethe Institut Kigali are organising the Second PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP – that is taking place between 07.11. – 11.11.2016 at Goethe Institut Kigali This photography workshop will focus on sharpen their skills as visual storytellers in understanding the fundamental rules of photography, exploring examples of visionary photographers and in practical hands-on sessions in the field together with the passionate mentors. The five days workshop will consist of theory sessions and practical fieldwork in groups and in individual assignments.
